I think his should not speak much, but when he does I think his voice should have a reverberation effect, or a kind of echo. Kind of symbolic of his true disembodiment and starhood and such.

As funny as it sounds, I always pictured Geno having a voice similar to Marth in Melee, maybe a tad deeper.
